Amber is the Co-Founder and Creative Director of Smith Madden Creative Agency.

Amber carries years of experience working in Marketing and Design, across lifestyle, real estate, construction and retail industries. A Sunshine Coast local born and bred, Amber has worked both in-house for agencies, as well as successfully running her own graphic design business for four years prior to co-founding Smith Madden Creative Agency.

Amber draws on her broad range of experience across multiple industries to provide comprehensive knowledge on how to execute effective branding, design, and marketing strategies across a number of platforms. Innately creative with a deep understanding of design principles, Amber loves to find innovative solutions for her clients. Focused on delivering memorable designs that establish a brand’s identity, Amber consistently produces work that powerfully connects with consumers.

Lauren Smith is the Co-Founder and Business Director of Smith Madden Creative Agency.

Prior to co-founding Smith Madden Creative Agency, Lauren built a comprehensive career working in Senior Marketing and Business Director positions with leading fashion, beauty, lifestyle, hospitality and travel brands. Having moved from Sydney to the Sunshine Coast in 2020, Lauren’s notable brand portfolio stems from a decade of work with communications agencies, in-house for Accor hotels, and clients from her own successful marketing + PR company which she ran for four years.

Business-driven with a strategic mindset, Lauren has developed and led multiple campaigns; from managing national luxury Accor campaigns, to representing clients in Australian and New York Fashion Weeks. Lauren loves to collaborate with clients and develop strategies that tactfully positions a brand in its market, engages with its audience, and converts interest into sales.
