Stones Throw Group
Kris McCue, FAIM, is Managing Director of Stones Throw. For over 15 years Kris has worked across the private, public and community sectors in the areas of management, business and workforce development, labour market intervention, economic development, strategy and policy and stakeholder engagement and has qualifications in commerce and management.
Kris has held executive and board positions with private sector and not for profit organisations successfully developing and leading change management and business development and growth strategies. He held senior roles in the public sector in employment and Vocational Education and Training (VET) strategy, policy, regulation and investment in urban, regional and remote area contexts. Kris has successfully delivered consultancy projects for businesses, community organisations and all levels of government.
All Sorted Business Services
Scott joined the Maroochy Chamber’s Executive Committee in 2017 and since 2012 has been the Small Business Advisor and Senior Bookkeeper at All Sorted Business Services
. He has 25 years of IT/Accounting and Management experience, along with board-level experience with various businesses and not-for-profit organisations. Scott is passionate about helping small businesses improve their efficiency, sustainability and profitability. He lives for the day when more Sunshine Coast micro and small businesses are thriving in the global marketplace.
He has an MBA (Finance) and studied a Bachelor of Business (IT). He has a Diploma of Financial Planning as well as other qualifications. Scott is registered with the Tax Practitioners Board and sits on the Advisory Board of the Australian Institute of Certified Bookkeepers.
Secure Access I.T
My name is Corrie Attneave and my role at Secure Access IT is a Business Account Manager. I am a self-motivated, results-driven Business Account Manager with a passion for providing exceptional IT services. My dynamic and proactive dispositions are directed towards providing the best effort, whilst promoting and upholding high standards. I have been employed with Secure Access IT for the past 7 years and the journey has been very rewarding. Secure Access IT has been providing high quality IT solutions and support to Sunshine Coast Businesses and schools for over a decade and next year will be the 20-year anniversary of the company.
Twin Waters Golf Club
I have been the Assistant Manager at Twin Waters golf Club for 4 years. I have worked in the golf industry for 12 years and prior to that have been the General Manager or Operations Manager role in the manufacturing industry. I am soon to finish a Business Degree through the PGA of Australia and I have been a members of the Chamber of Commerce since 2003 and I am extremely passionate about business to business connections.
Imperium Corporate Services
I have a variety of experience in hospitality, teaching and coaching, mining and currently with my own business of Bookkeeping, Finance and Compliance. Able to think outside the square and also be realistic in vision and goals, I am someone who always strives for perfection and continual improvement in all areas of work. Emotional intelligence i key in this day and age and bringing the human factor back to business interactions is vital to be able to understand others and the way they are.
Queensland Advertising and Public Relations
Peppi has over 20 years experience as a communications and marketing professional working on projects ranging from large master planned communities and infrastructure projects through to SMEs and not for profit groups.
Peppi moved to the Sunshine Coast in 2001 working for Lensworth on the Kawana Waters master plan development as the communications and marketing manager. In November 2011 Peppi became the Director of Queensland Advertising and Public Relations servicing a broad range of clients including Reed Property Group’s Big Top redevelopment, Aussie World, Aspley Hornets AFL club, Big Kart Track, Parklakes 2 residential development, Vantage Homes and numerous other property developers.
I’ve built businesses most of my life from a retail chicken outlet to a residential real estate office and have recently been the co-founder CEO of a Hospitality group that turned over $18m. Having recently sold down my shares of the Hospitality Group, I now own and operate Junk Maroochydore in Ocean Street of which I was the Co-Founder in 2014
10+ years is marketing and communications with a strong focus in digital. For the past 3 years I have made my mark at Crick Auto Group and worked on bringing this automotive company into the digital age. I was tasked with revolutionising their advertising strategy as well increasing their accountability and ROI, while also managing a wholistic advertising strategy.
The Hive CoWorking and Office Space
Meagan joined the Maroochy Chamber Executive Team in 2018 and brings with her an extensive network locally and globally. Her career has been driven by her passion to help people across Sales, Marketing and HR within industries such as sport, tourism, insurance, creative services and more.
She moved to the Sunshine Coast in 2012 with her role as Sales & Marketing Director for Aussie World and has entrenched a valued network within the region. These days, Meagan’s passion is towards her role as Executive Manager at The Hive Business Space @ Kon-Tiki, which is the proud home of the Maroochy Chamber. Collaboration, coaching and communication are her passion and the community within The Hive is her ultimate career chapter yet.
