Recent research has revealed that most of us function habitually 95% of the time. Of that, about 30% is useful, the rest, less so. What it means is that much of how we turn up in life has been programmed by someone else. So when it comes to being conscious of our own dreams and aspirations, we only do that 5% of the time. In this two-day workshop, Russell gives you his 5-step-strategy for creating a life you love, and not one create by someone else. One of the key qualities needed for living life mindfully is a strong sense of your worth. In this workshop you will indentify how that even came about and how to change it. The more you appreciate your worth, the more mindful you will be in choosing desires, values, thoughts, feelings and behaviours that are honouring of that worth.
